1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and other factors outside our control.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

From the time you place your order to the time it arrives at your door:

  • Estimated Total: 10–19 business days (processing + shipping)

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated after you receive your shipping confirmation.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

York Dress ships internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

7. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, York Dress is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or disruptions

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
